“I have had Type 1 Diabetes for over 40 years and although I think I generally manage it well, I'm aware that at times I can fall into patterns of behaviour without considering other options. The course was an excellent reminder of all the important issues and prompted me to try specific changes such as injecting 15-30 mins before, rather than directly before I eat.”

“I chose this course as I am interested in pump therapy but at present use a pen and multiple daily doses, so I have gained an initial insight into pump therapy. I very much liked hearing from people with Type1 as it helped me feel connected.”
